Here is Max’s complete pricing guide to his commissions including the commission price sheet! Feel free to download the sheet for reference if you are planning on ordering something in the future.

 

REGULAR & CHIBI COMMISSIONS
All work comes fully colored and shaded, complex backgrounds cost $15 extra

-Headshot $35
These pieces are shoulder up and often used as icons

-Bust $45
Ending just above the waist/below the chest, a bust may also include hands

-Halfbody $60
These pieces are from either the thigh or waist up

-3/4 $70
A portrait that ends just above the knee, may occasionally include one full leg depending on pose

-Fullbody $85
Just as the name implies fullbody works are from head to toe

SPRITE COMMISSIONS $20
All work comes fully colored and shaded, no backgrounds. These pieces are just floating chibi heads, often used as ‘sprites’ for videos or profile pictures.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-Extra Character: +85% of price rounded up to the nearest dollar

-Soft NSFW(pinup or suggestive): Additional $15+

-Hardcore NSFW(intercourse or explicit nudity): Additional $25+
NSFW of any kind is only to be purchased by 18+ individuals, clients will be expected to provide proof of this.

-Prints: +$10-35
You will still receive the digital copy of the piece, printing sizes are as follows; 
4x6($10), 8.5x11($20), and 16x20($35)

Terms

service

  • Commission- Custom artistic services purchased by the client

    Client- The person who purchasing the art, also referred to as “you”

    Artist- Creator of the commissioned works, Maxarade Artwork

    Major Changes- (After a sketch is approved and lining is begun) Having to reline limbs, complete expression changes, recoloring after those colors had been approved by client and the artist has shaded it, etc

  • When working with this artist you accept responsibility to pay minimum half of quoted price before Maxarade Artwork starts work on your commission(s). The other half of payment must be given before coloring is started. During the commission process you will receive at least one update of every step; sketch, lines, flat colors, and the final shaded piece.

    A maximum of two major changes will be allowed following an approved sketch(during the process of lining or coloring), any more than this will result in an extra charge.

  • If a client wishes to stop service a refund will only be issued in the case of having originally paid in full, and only half will be refunded. Withdrawing services after coloring has begun will result in no refund.


    This artist may also cancel services if they deem necessary during this process, this may be due to unrealistic demand, unfair treatment, or other reasons. If this is to happen the client will receive a full refund.

    If services are canceled by either party the client has no rights to work which has been done and must remove any sent update photos from their devices.

  • -Once the commissioned work is completed it may be posted on social media, however credit must be given to Maxarade Artwork, whether it be tagging the artist on the social platform or linking this website. Clients are not allowed to claim the art as their own.

    -Maxarade Artwork may post any finished works on social media or this website unless strictly discussed otherwise. (An additional 25% charge will be applied to commissions which clients wish to remain private)

    -If a piece is to be used for commercial purposes(when a client makes direct profit from use of the artwork) you must pay an additional 100% the original quoted price. You MUST disclose if this is the intended use of works, if a client is found using this art for commercial purposes and did not tell the artist you will lose all rights to use that work and to commission Maxarade Artwork in the future.

    -Use of any works completed by Maxarade Artwork for NFT is strictly prohibited.

    -Feeding art completed by Maxarade Artwork into any AI generators, commissioned or not, is strictly prohibited.
